Consult

One of the most important stages of a project. We will liaise with you to understand and agree the scope of work required. Sometimes clients are not completely certain of the work that is required, instead the need is to satisfy a legislative requirement or request from Insurers or the HSE. The latter is where we excel, drawing on decades of experience to be able to advise a scope of work to help meet those requirements. The agreed scope of work will be clearly laid out on our quotation for Client approval.

Design

Where the work begins. Initial designs will be carried out to find a solution that meets the project brief, provides safety, does not create any third-party impact and is economic and practical to install.

Advise

Before the design is written up as a technical report and drawings provided, the design will be communicated to the Client for approval. Making changes to the design at this stage is less time consuming, helping to provide more timely project delivery and avoiding unnecessary additional charges to our clients.

Deliver

The design or technical assessment is written up as an engineering report, providing full details of the work carried out, test results gained, design parameters and specifications, evidence of safety calculations and any necessary drawings.

Support

Delivery is not the end of our service. Support is always available as needed. For example, explanation of the content of the technical report and drawings, support on delivery of any recommended mitigation measures, support during installation of the design, revision of the report / drawings / design to include site layout changes or new information received from other project stakeholders.
